When will my items be shipped?
We ship as soon as possible—usually within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way. If you haven’t received your package within 2 weeks, please contact us at shophallou@gmail.com.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped with care from our studio in Evergreen, Colorado, USA.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship via USPS. Please note: we’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time, so be sure to enter a physical address at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! We're currently only shipping within the U.S.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $3.99, with free shipping on orders over $50.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your items, quantities, and shipping address before submitting.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?
If your package is returned as undeliverable, we’ll issue a refund once it’s received back—unless the package is more than 25 days old, in which case we’ll issue store credit.
Why isn’t my order going through?
Make sure all items in your cart are still available. AVS or CVV errors at checkout typically mean your billing info doesn’t match what your bank has on file. Also, use an up-to-date browser like Google Chrome.
Can I return my order?
If you're not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns on unused items in original condition. Email shophallou@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
What if I received a damaged or defective item?
We're so sorry! Please email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo of the issue—we’ll make it right and use the info for quality control.
What are HALLOU hair ties made of?
Each hair tie is made with 100% pure Mulberry silk (22-momme, 6A grade) and a strong, double-layer elastic core. They’re built to hold up through movement while protecting your hair from breakage and frizz.
Do HALLOU hair ties work for thick or curly hair?
Yes! HALLOU hair ties are designed to work for a wide range of hair types and textures, offering a secure hold without pulling or slipping.
How do I care for my HALLOU hair ties?
We recommend gently hand washing with cold water and mild detergent, then laying flat to dry. Avoid wringing to preserve the shape and silk sheen.
